Bug Reports

If a tool isn't working as expected, please include the following in your message so we can reproduce and fix the issue quickly:

  • Which tool you were using (e.g., "WebP to JPG converter")
  • What you did and what happened (vs. what you expected)
  • Your browser name and version (e.g., Chrome 128, Firefox 130)
  • Your operating system (Windows, macOS, Android, etc.)

Feature Requests

Have an idea for a tool that should exist on Zelipho? We genuinely consider user suggestions when deciding what to build next. A good request includes what the tool should do and what problem it solves for you — the more specific, the better. We can't promise to build every request, but we do read them all.

Calculator Accuracy Issues

Our calculators use formulas and fee schedules that were current at the time they were built, but rates and rules change — especially for marketplace fees (eBay, Etsy, Amazon) and utility tariffs. If you notice a figure that looks outdated or incorrect, please email us with a link to the official source. We'll verify and update it.

Chrome Extensions & Themes — Bug Reports

Found a bug in one of our Chrome extensions or themes? Email [email protected] with the product name in the subject line (e.g., "Smart Copy Hub Bug" or "Crimson Smoke Bug") and include:

  • The extension or theme name and its version number (visible in chrome://extensions)
  • Your Chrome version and operating system
  • What you did, what happened, and what you expected instead
  • For Smart Copy Hub: which action triggered the issue (copying text, opening the popup, jumping back to a source page, etc.). Please do not paste actual clipboard contents in the email unless absolutely necessary to describe the bug — clipboard data is private.
  • For Crimson Smoke or other themes: a screenshot of the visual issue if possible, and whether the problem appeared right after install or after a Chrome update.
