Use License

Zelipho grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our tools and content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You may not:

Reproduce or redistribute the site's own source code, UI, or content as your own product
Use automated bots or scrapers to extract content or overload site infrastructure
Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with site systems or other users' sessions

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. All tool output (converted images, generated names, calculated results) belongs to you — Zelipho makes no claim to content you create or process using our tools.

Acceptable Use — Image Extractor

The Image Extractor tool fetches and lists image sources from a URL you provide — the same information a browser's "View Source" or "Inspect Element" already exposes, packaged for convenience (design reference, QA, or archiving assets from a site you own or manage). Extracting an image URL through this tool does not grant you any ownership or license to that image. Most website images are protected by copyright; you are solely responsible for obtaining permission from the rights holder before reproducing, republishing, or using any extracted image commercially or publicly. Zelipho is not responsible for how extracted content is subsequently used.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

The Zelipho website — including its design, code, written content, and tool implementations — is the intellectual property of Zelipho and its developers. Unauthorized reproduction of site content is prohibited.

Chrome Extensions

Our Chrome extensions (Smart Copy Hub and Crimson Smoke) are separate products from this website. By installing and using them, you agree to these Terms in addition to Google's Chrome Web Store policies. Smart Copy Hub stores clipboard history locally on your device using chrome.storage — you are responsible for the sensitivity of content you copy while the extension is active. The extension is provided "as is" with no guarantee that clipboard history will be preserved across browser reinstalls or profile resets. Crimson Smoke is a visual-only theme; it runs no code and collects no data.

Advertising

Zelipho displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ads help support the site and keep all tools free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed on the site. Ad personalization is governed by Google's own policies — see our Privacy Policy for opt-out options.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of Zelipho shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with authority over the operator of this site. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
