At Zelipho, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website and tools.

Data Processing

Nearly all tools on Zelipho process your data entirely in your browser (client-side). This means:

  • Your files never leave your device
  • We do not upload, store, or have access to your files
  • All processing happens locally on your computer
  • Your data remains completely private and secure

The one exception is the Image Extractor tool, which fetches the web page you enter on our server in order to scan it for images — the URL you submit is processed server-side, unlike every other tool on this site. We do not log or store the URLs you submit.

Information We Collect

We use the following third-party analytics services, which may collect basic, non-personal information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, time and date of visits, and general location information (country/city level):

  • Google Analytics — general traffic and usage analytics
  • Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors use the site
  • Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — page performance and load-time metrics

None of these services receive the files you upload or process in our tools — that data never leaves your browser (see Data Processing above). This information is used only to understand site traffic and improve our services.

Cookies

The analytics services listed above may set cookies or use similar local storage to distinguish visitors. When you first visit Zelipho, a banner lets you accept or decline these analytics cookies — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only load after you accept. You can also disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.

Advertising

Zelipho uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance. This is separate from the file-processing described above — ad personalization never has access to the files or data you use inside our tools.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or, for EEA/UK/Swiss visitors, through the ad-consent prompt served by Google on this site. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' personalized advertising via www.aboutads.info.

Third-Party Services

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. The analytics providers listed above process traffic data under their own privacy policies (Google, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel).

Our Android Apps

The Apps section of this site describes separate Android applications available on Google Play. These apps are distinct products from the website and have their own data practices (typically collecting device/advertising identifiers used to show ads) — each app's current, authoritative data-safety information is shown on its own Google Play listing, not this page.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect or store personal data from your file processing, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you have any concerns about privacy, please contact us.
