Where the Rates Come From

How do I calculate my GEPCO bill?
Multiply the units by the slab rate, add the fixed charge for your sanctioned load, add 18% GST on those two, then add the FPA. For an unprotected 1 kW connection that used 180 units, that gives Rs 6,494.48 before FPA.

Are GEPCO rates different from other DISCOs?
No. NEPRA's tariff for the ten ex-WAPDA distribution companies is the same for each of them. K-Electric in Karachi has its own tariff and is not covered here.
