Where the Rates Come From

How do I calculate my LESCO bill?
Multiply the units by the slab rate, add the fixed charge for your sanctioned load, add 18% GST on those two, then add the FPA. For a Lahore household on an unprotected connection with 2 kW sanctioned load that used 250 units, that gives Rs 10,590.50 before FPA.

Is electricity duty still charged on LESCO bills?
The federal Power Division stopped collecting electricity duty through power bills from July 2025, and the PTV fee was removed from bills at the same time. The calculator leaves both out by default. If an older bill shows them, add them under Customize Tariff.
Are LESCO rates different from other DISCOs?
No. NEPRA's tariff for the ten ex-WAPDA distribution companies is the same for each of them. K-Electric in Karachi has its own tariff and is not covered here.
